Use this checklist to define the evidence required before a used excavator quotation is accepted.
Identity and ownership
Confirm model, serial plate, year, hours, location and seller authority.
Engine and cooling
Request cold-start video, smoke check, oil condition, leaks, temperature and fault-code evidence.
Hydraulic system
Check pump noise, cylinder drift, hose condition, leaks and combined-operation response.
Structure and attachment
Inspect boom, arm, bucket, welds, pins, bushings, slew bearing and counterweight.
Undercarriage and travel
Review track shoes, chain, rollers, sprockets, idlers, travel motors and straight travel.
Evidence and delivery
Agree on photos, video, inspection report, preparation scope, packing method and destination.
