Terms of Use
These terms explain how the public catalogue may be used. A machine purchase is governed only by the applicable written quotation, order and contract.
Last updated: July 18, 2026Catalogue purpose
Pages provide general machinery, model, application and service information. They are not a binding offer, engineering design, customs advice or a promise that a machine is in stock.
Availability and specifications
Model, generation, configuration, year, hours, condition, price and lead time must be confirmed for the exact machine. Manufacturer references may vary by market and should be checked against the serial plate and quotation.
Brands and supply channels
Manufacturer names identify machinery requested or referenced by buyers, and all trademarks remain the property of their owners. Easysail can source through manufacturers, authorized distributors and established supply channels; some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer or an authorized channel. The contracting seller, channel, authorization scope, warranty and after-sales responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation and contract for each order.
Quotations and orders
A transaction exists only after the parties accept written commercial terms. Quotation validity, currency, Incoterms, payment, inspection scope, warranty and cancellation rules are those stated in that transaction.
Delivery and import
Transport timing and method depend on dimensions, route, carriers, ports and authorities. The buyer is responsible for destination-country permits, duties, emissions and import compliance unless the written contract allocates them differently.
Responsibility and updates
Use the catalogue as a starting point and obtain appropriate technical and legal review. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by the governing transaction and applicable law. Questions may be sent to yx@easysailchina.com.
